Since we opened our doors in 1999, we have worked successfully with over 25 colleges, developing property strategies, supporting funding applications and leading the delivery of new buildings, whole campus relocations and building refurbishment projects. Our schemes have ranged from individual £1.5m refurbishments to multiphase new build projects up to £90m.
We also provide procurement management services to several local authorities, from Property Services and Highways Term Maintenance contracts to Rural Estate Management Services, with a particular emphasis on the development of partnering and collaborative working relationships between clients and their suppliers.
