Having a Project Manager on board is not a guarantee that this will happen, there is a significant onus on the client. We ensure that in the initial stages a comprehensive Strategic Brief is developed through workshops with agreed stakeholders, this is further developed into a detailed Functional Brief when the feasibility exercise has identified a preferred option. A Project Execution Plan is developed which identifies roles and responsibilities and the methodology for delivering the project including clearly defined gateway approval stages.
