Having a structure and transparent processes for the project development is key to success. Having a Project Manager on board is not a guarantee that this will happen, there is a significant onus on the client. We ensure that in the initial stages a comprehensive Strategic Brief is developed through workshops with agreed stakeholders, this is further developed into a detailed Functional Brief when the feasibility exercise has identified a preferred option. A Project Execution Plan is developed which identifies roles and responsibilities and the methodology for delivering the project including clearly defined gateway approval stages. Keystone have over many years developed a comprehensive approach that works and keeps Senior Management Teams and Governing Bodies informed and confident of progress and enables staff to feel engaged in the process.
