Since our launch in 1998, we have worked with colleges and institutions across England and Wales to deliver around 25 successful capital projects, ranging in value from £1.5m to £90m.

In some cases, we have offered specific isolated services, such as assistance with funding applications or a space needs assessment. In others, we have acted as the clients’ eyes and ears from inception to handover. In all cases, we promise to provide a highly professional, bespoke and tailored service covering all areas of capital project management, from strategy and procurement to implementation and post-occupancy audit.
